About PSA

PSA utilizes pre-employment candidate screening that reflects today’s environment.  Our interviewing process is multi-faceted, designed to assess skills, behaviors, and personalities so your assignment is filled with the best-match Associate.

Our success depends on identifying, hiring, and retaining the right employees.  Investing in pre-employment screening is a proactive approach to an improved hiring decision process.

We understand the inner-workings of a management office and train our Associates to deliver exceptional customer-focused service.   In addition to standard regulatory information, Associates have the opportunity to engage in extended training offered by PSA and its industry partners.  Topics include understanding and application of  Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant Law, Customer Relationships, Leasing Tips, Workplace Safety, Material Safety Data Sheets, Ethics and more!

PSA obtains criminal background checks prior to assignment.  An independent third-party screening company will conduct a standard 7-10 year Felony and Misdemeanor search depending on state regulations.  Their report may include information on: court and case number, file date, disposition date, charge/type of charge, and sentence plus disposition identifiers found on the report.

The I-9 verification cost-effectively reduces exposure to government audits, financial penalties, and negative publicity resulting from non-compliance.   This process allows us to quickly and accurately ensure that our workforce is legally authorized to work in the United States.
