Title Leasing Consultant/On-Site Management
Location Bellingham to Seattle to Olympia, WA (Puget Sound Region)
Description

The following is a general description for an assignment in the property management industry. Duties and responsibilities may vary by community.  Regular industry duties may differ from the PSA allowable duties for its temporary associates.  therefore, some safety related duties, if any, are subject to PSA approval.

A Leasing Consultant / On-Site Manager / Assistant PM guides the sales efforts of an apartment community and may be asked to distribute legal documentation, assists in marketing efforts, and generally conduct future and existing resident relations.  This individual must provide value, quality service, and solutions that coincide with the goals and objectives of PSA’s client.

Duties
  • Greet all visitors/employees professionally and respectfully.
  • Answer phones; respond to emails and other inquiries.
  • Rent collection (some bookkeeping may be required).
  • Execute on-site marketing, advertising programs, and accurately complete daily community traffic logs.
  • Be an active listener and resolve conflict within the established policies.
  • Respect the boundaries of confidentiality.
  • Others as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A professional, outgoing, and positive attitude is a must! Professional, phone etiquette, social, and active listening skills required. Computer: Microsoft Office, email and other communication standards desired. A willingness to learn and work independently. Must be able to project a professional image and dress code consistent with PSA and client standards. Ideal candidates will possess:
  • 1+ years leasing, on-site management, sales track record or strong customer-focused behaviors.
  • Familiarity with AMSI, YARDI, or other property management software a plus.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean criminal background and no prior evictions.
  • Industry education including but not limited to: Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant Laws, Marketing, and Safety.
  • CPM®, ARM®, CAM or real estate license/designation a plus.

Title Landscape Maintenance/Porter
Location Bellingham to Seattle to Olympia, WA (Puget Sound Region)
Description

The following is a general description for an assignment in the property management industry.  Duties and responsibilities may vary by community.  Regular industry duties may differ from the PSA allowable duties for its temporary associates.  therefore, some safety related duties are subject to PSA approval.

Landscape Maintenance/Porter personnel conduct exterior grounds and light interior maintenance functions.  Important aspects of a successful community include the appearance (curb appeal) and this position often works in concert with the Landscape Manager.  This individual must provide value, quality service, and solutions that coincide with the goals and objectives of PSA’s client.

Duties
  • Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and employees professionally and respectfully.
  • Conduct grounds pressure washing, sweeping, litter control, and refuse management.
  • Perform light office and laundry facility maintenance.
  • Provide a high-level of service with each task. Complete work timely, cost effectively, and accurately.
  • Respect the boundaries of confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Have a positive and professional attitude! Be willing to learn and accept directions from others. Project a professional image and dress code consistent with PSA and client standards.

  • Ideal candidates will possess:
  • Six months+ prior grounds / landscaping or equivalent experience.
  • A good attendance and punctuality record.
  • Strong customer-focused behaviors.
  • Operate a pressure washer and other minor mechanical equipment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Operational knowledge of basic landscape tools.
  • Experience with pool/hot tub cleaning/chemical maintenance a plus.
  • Clean criminal background.

Title Maintenance Technician
Location Bellingham to Seattle to Olympia, WA (Puget Sound Region)
Description

The following is a general description for an assignment in the property management industry.  Duties and responsibilities may vary by community.  Regular industry duties may differ from the PSA allowable duties for its temporary associates.  therefore, some safety related duties are subject to PSA approval.

Maintenance personnel are resident-relation tacticians for the community.  Critical aspects of a successful community include a balanced repair, replacement, and maintenance plan.  This individual must provide value, quality service, and solutions that coincide with the goals and objectives of PSA’s client.

Duties
  • Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and employees professionally and respectfully. Be an active listener.
  • Assess and prioritize repair requests. Provide a high-level of service with each task. Complete work timely, cost effectively, and accurately.
  • Respect the boundaries of confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

A positive and professional attitude is a must! Social and active listening skills required. Some computer may be required to perform electronic maintenance assignments and reporting. A willingness to learn and work independently. Project a professional image and dress code consistent with PSA and client standards.

  • Ideal candidates will possess:
  • 1+ years prior maintenance or equivalent experience
  • A good attendance and punctuality record.
  • Strong customer-focused behaviors.
  • Reliable transportation and access to basic repair tools.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Industry education including but not limited to: Electrical Certification, Facilities Maintenance, and Safety a plus.
  • Experience with pool/hot tub cleaning/chemical maintenance a plus.
  • Aptitude to perform basic electrical, painting, apt turns, and general maintenance tasks required.
